History of the PVCA:

This community organization started during a dinner conversation about the need for a community cemetery.  As the conversation continued, more people got involved and assistance (in the form of a $40,000 grant from the Legislature of the State of Alaska) was provided to begin the process.

In December 2007, the PVCA was incorporated.  In 2008, we opened the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.  In 2009, began building the community center. In May 2017, the PVCA became a public charity under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3).

Do the investigators have any idea what time of day/night the fires were set? If its mostly at night we could start photographing/videoing all the vehicles that come past a certain point on CHSR. I’d pull a shift on that detail.
